About Your Therapist
Danielle graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2010.
As a Registered Massage Therapist she has a passion for the patient's health and well being. She makes it a priority to give home care exercises that suit the individual's needs. Over the past few years she has taken courses in Pre/Post Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Release, giving her the opportunity to work with many different athletes and injuries, some of which include but are not limited to: swimmers, cyclists, runners, triathletes, weight lifters and gymnasts. As an athlete herself, she learned the importance of taking care of the body for it to perform at its best and how massage can aid the body with post-event recovery. In 2012 she began her career with pregnant mothers. Her love for prenatal massage expanded shortly thereafter into providing support during the laboring process. With using massage to alleviate discomfort with a goal of preparing the mother and her body for labor. Danielle likes to stay active with long-distance running. In November 2015 she finished her 200HR YRT Yoga Teacher Training and continued on with a Pre - Natal teacher training in February. She is currently teaching yoga at Inside Out Therapies. |
